Return Policy: We want you to love your Traditional HQ products.

All Products: Due to the consumable nature of our beard balms, soy candles, and bar soaps, returns are accepted only for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Items that don't match your order

Beard Balms: Returns accepted only if still sealed in original packaging.

Return Inspection: All returns are inspected before being refunded. Items showing indications of use will not be refunded.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. We'll provide a return label for eligible items
  3. Ship items back in original packaging
